NH-ARES Event Calendar
Calendar Instructions for ARES Leadership

Purpose of the Calendar
Our calendar is primarily intended at a tool to help NH-ARES leadership plan events and work around scheduling conflicts. For instance, if you receive a request to provide communications for a bikeathon, and notice that there is a major event already on that date that will potentially deplete the available volunteers, you might choose to decline the event or look wider for volunteers.

The calendar can also provide a place for members to check event dates and maybe find a link to a web page with detailed information. It is not really that useful as an event promotion tool because members aren't likely to check every month's calendar on a regular basis. Email is still the best means of getting the word out about an event.
